Here at Stark Motors we provide a complete range of services ranging from the provision of international spare parts, maintenance, professional driver training, modifications and upgrades and remanufacturing, as well as an exceptional after sales service to make sure you are fully covered at all times no matter what your expectations or requirements may be.

Each vehicle coming into our premises for inspection undergoes a strict quality procedure designed by our technical experts; the vehicle information requested from our database to identify the latest service date, after that a skilled staff makes inspection to assess to the damaged parts. To make sure that the damage is not underestimated or overestimated. After that they fulfill the necessary maintenance, and then the vehicle is tested and goes back to its owner.

The service requirements during and after the vehicle’s warranty period proceed according to the general business terms and conditions and are conducted into two following directions:

  • If major repairs are required we can provide full range of quality services, repair and/or refurbishment of our vehicles.
  • Routine service or repair of armored vehicles in customers’ own workshops using the main Service Manual and Supplementary User Manual. Necessary spare parts and service information should be ordered from us and/or authorized car distributors in the customer’s region.

STARK Motors has extensive experience with modernization of vehicle platforms.
Fleet modernization services can include minor enhancements such as brighter headlights, new seats with improved seat belts, and more sophisticated enhancements such as new suspension systems, anti-lock brakes and HVAC systems, composite materials and add-on armor for higher protection, new wheels with tires and RunFlat inserts, dashboard, armored glass, multiple weapon stations with 5,56 mm, 7,62 mm, 12,7 mm / .50 cal., 40 mm grenade launchers with tear gas and smoke units, NATO standard connectors and etc.

  • Could be replaced the vehicles entire chassis, engine and transmission, axles, shafts, transfer case, steering system, as well as many other components.
  • Could be added crew safety and awareness technology kits, including camera systems for day/night and all weather safe driving, GPS and tracking systems
  • Factory-trained technicians service vehicle fleets by performing all maintenance above intermediate levels. Repairs include vehicle body adjustments, component restoration and the removal/replacement of worn or damaged parts.

We keep spare parts in stock to ensure prompt assistance and supply to our customers. We have full automated system that classifies every part by a unique number so we can efficiently identify where to use this spare part and whether needed spare part is available or not.

We can deliver the following spare parts and kits which our customers may require:

  • Multi-layered ballistic glass (39-105 mm with windows lifters).
  • Reinforced heavy duty shock absorbers and coil springs.
  • Upgraded brake components (brake pads, calipers, rotors, etc.).
  • Heavy-duty suspension and power train components (axles, drive shafts, sway bars, etc.).
  • Fuel tank protection which prevents the fuel from exploding should a projectile hit the fuel tank.
  • Redesigned and reinforced wheel rims, RunFlat inserts.
  • Special electrical components for the safety and comfort system (battery, intercom, Siren/PA system, power converters, strobe lights and police light bars, etc.).
  • Vehicle video systems (cameras, monitors, thermal imagers, etc.).
  • Basic spare parts packages (for the first and second year) and Premium spare parts packages (for three to four years).

Preventive maintenance and service instruction manuals.

Our staff keeps a record of each vehicle using a database that registers all necessary information during the production of the vehicle and all inspection phases, to be sure that all parts and materials are used correctly, thus making the maintenance quick and efficient.

We are committed to ensure high quality and safety/reliability of our vehicles, providing two-year warranty on our vehicles.
As a part of our commitment, with respect to our customers is to supply the quality spare parts they may require, by shipping them to customer location and performing onsite maintenance if needed.

STARK MOTORS offers driver training of armored vehicles from SUVs to APC. We offer different courses including vehicle maintenance and service, defensive driving, self-recovery, off-road driving. Courses can be tailored to each customer and mission and can be provided at our facility or at the customers’ location.
